St. Augustine Bike Session | Rachel & Dalton

A Playful Summer Bike Session

I had the opportunity to photograph Rachel and Dalton’s St. Augustine bike session last May, and let me tell you, it was so much fun! Capturing their playful moments and shared adventures against the picturesque Florida backdrop gave these images an extra pop of lush colors. I highly recommend date activities like this for your photos.

We met at the Airbnb and began photographing the bike ride through the cul-de-sac. Then, we went to the backyard gardens to run around by the swing and ended by sitting on the pier together.

More About Their Story

Dalton and Rachel met when they were 14 years old at the fair. They rode a ride together that day but didn’t cross paths again until they reconnected at 17 and have been inseparable ever since.

They went on to date for a few years before deciding to make Fernandina Beach their home. During their free time, they enjoy hunting for shark teeth and spending time with their Doberman, Catalina.

Rachel and Dalton are also a modeling couple who participate in styled shoots throughout Florida and beyond. You can find their modeling instagram page here.

I can’t wait to get back to Florida and hopefully have these two in front of my camera again. They are an absolute joy to be around, and I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a model couple in the Florida area.

Photographing in Florida offers a vibrant array of stunning landscapes and natural light, making every shot a breathtaking experience. View my additional St. Augustine work on the blog:
