My process
Once you're all booked and ready, I will begin all the fun stuff! Read this list to see all the ways I'm going to make your experience special to you.
First we will chat to deep dive into your wedding or elopement vision. Where do you picture yourself saying “I do”? How do you want this day to feel and what activities do you want to spend together doing? I want to know everything so I can help you achieve these goals.
We will take all of the information discussed about your plans and vision and compare it to my packages to see what aligns most with what you want. I also offer custom proposals for couples who need something a little more specific for their day.
Once you're booked, you'll receive a detailed location questionnaire that will help me prep for your location scouting and planning.
After your location questionnaire is completed, I will begin putting together a curated list of location options for you to look over. Then you will receive a timeline questionnaire so I can begin building your dream day!
Checking out the local activities is a must! I’ll start compiling a list of recommended activities and excursions in your destination area, so you can make the most of your time and create unforgettable memories.

We will have regular check-ins to ensure nothing has changed or if you need any assistance. A month before your big day we will do one last virtual meeting to go over all of the logistics and plans one final time.
Depending on whether you're having a single-day or multi-day celebration, it’s my job to be your hype gal, supporting you every step of the way. You can fully enjoy your day knowing I’ve got everything covered.
Within 8 weeks of the event date, your full wedding gallery will be ready to view in a digital gallery. Once you have received your online gallery, I will prepare a complimentary USB to be mailed to your address.

When working with a destination wedding or elopement, I always plan my travel ahead of schedule to allow plenty of time for unforeseen delays or cancellations, ensuring I arrive early and stress-free.
I always keep my equipment as a carry-on—never checked—so it’s with me at all times and I can ensure everything is safe and ready to go.
Flexibility is key! If the weather is something we’re open to embracing and it doesn’t pose any safety risks, I’m all for incorporating it into the day. Alternatively, we can explore different locations or shift the schedule to work around the weather, ensuring we still have the perfect experience.
I will guide you through each portion of the day. I give space for candid moments, but I can be as hands-on or hands-off with posing as you prefer—it's all about making you feel at ease in front of the camera.
