For this destination engagement session in Verona, Italy we wandered through quiet stone streets and golden Italian light – a dream setting for any couple in love.

Verona Italy Engagement Session Contents:
Scaliger Bridge | Verona Italy
We began our time by walking along this iconic medieval Scaliger Bridge (also known as “The Castel Vecchio Bridge”). This sits over the Adige River and makes for a beautiful location at sunset.
Arena di Verona | Italy Engagement Session
A short walk from the Scaliger bridge, we then headed over to the Arena di Verona for some iconic colosseum backdrops for their engagement session. This is a busier place to be especially at sunset, so if your goal is to come here you could always try earlier in the morning.
Piazza delle Erbe | Verona Italy
Following along our route we soon reached the third destination: Piazza delle Erbe. One of the most crowded areas, as it sits right in the center of Verona. If you can squeeze by the tourists, it makes for a very beautiful stop for your engagement session.
Castel San Pietro | Engagement photos
The final stop, and most breathtaking, Castel San Pietro. You do not need tickets to walk around this beautiful monument, and I recommend going at sunset so you can watch the aerial view of Verona become engulfed in warm glows of the day.
We stopped for a brief focaccia snack before hiking up.
Before coming back down, Madi and Gabe added a lock to the gate (a gift I had brought with me!).
